Fresno Will Attorney – Lyon Wills and Living Trusts
Protect Your Family
Don't put off making your will and ensuring that your family is protected. If your
children ever need a guardian, you want them to be with the people you choose, not
who the Court decides and not in foster care or the middle of a custody battle.
A Will lets you name the guardians you know would be best for them.
You've worked hard for your life, your house, your things. Don't let all that hard
work go to the wrong person, be tied up in court, or even go to the Government. A
Trust lets you decide how your want these things distributed, without your family
having to pay costly probate and attorney fees.

We are a family will attorney firm that shares your values. We have extensive experience dealing

What You Need
Every adult needs the following four documents:
- WILL to pass your assets and name a guardian for minor children.
- TRUST to pass your assets without expensive probate costs.
- POWER OF ATTORNEY to ensure someone you trust is handling your finances if you can't.
- HEALTH CARE DIRECTIVE to make sure you have someone who cares about you making your medical decisions if you can't.
Personal Service
We provide the utmost in personal service. Many people can't get
to an attorney's office during the day, so we offer flexible scheduling and on-site visits. We can visit you at your hospital, nursing home, or office. We'll schedule an appointment at the time that is most convenient for you, whether during the day, during the evening, or on a weekend. We are fluent in Spanish
and are happy to work with translators in other languages.
Reasonable Fees
Our legal fees are only $500 total for all of the above documents. We know how
easy it is to put things off because of high prices. We provide excellent results
